Arrests made after ‘unlawful sexual advances’ alleged at rubdown parlour
MOUNT PLEASANT — A rubdown parlor has been ordered to shut after allegations arose regarding “beside the point and illegal sexual advances, in addition to sexual contact” carried out by using employees, the Mount Pleasant Police Department introduced Friday. Two lady personnel of A-1 Spa, 1100 Commerce Drive, had been reportedly arrested Thursday afternoon by the MPPD Detective Bureau. The investigation allegedly commenced after multiple clients of the rubdown parlor made complaints.
Commerce Drive is positioned off the Washington Avenue frontage road, east of Ninetieth Street, and west of Stuart Road. Yueqiu Hou, fifty-one, became cited for being a keeper of a disorderly house. Song Qing, 49, became noted for theft, a rubdown therapist permit violation, and being, within the language used in the police press launch, an “inmate of a disorderly residence.” As of Friday evening, no crook costs have been formally filed, in step with online court data. The Village of Mount Pleasant has suspended A-1 Spa’s allow, in line with the information release.
Another incident
This isn’t always the primary time that Mount Pleasant police have made arrests regarding a rubdown enterprise. In May 2018, a Mount Pleasant masseur, fifty-five-year-antique Huaying Sun, changed into sentenced to 18 months probation and 60 days in prison after multiple ladies accused him of sexual attack. He surrendered his license the following month. Accusations opposing him spanned five years, between 2011 and 2015, Mount Pleasant Police stated. After the allegations came to light, Sun’s wife reopened the Body Oasis parlor in July 2017 because Sun wouldn’t be allowed to work there. 1. You are always right and should get exactly what you want.
The adage that the consumer is always right applies to the massage therapy industry. Many massage consumers assume you are going to a professional massage therapist; therefore, whatever they say goes. Of course, you want to work with a “trusted expert,” but that does not mean that you need more focus on a particular area or altered pressure that you should not receive exactly that.
A “trusted expert” will listen to exactly what you want and apply the techniques to help you achieve that goal. When you go out to buy something you have already decided to purchase, you will not let a salesperson sell you something different than what you had in mind (although this happens all too frequently in the marketplace). The same is true for your massage therapy experience.
If you are unsure what you need but have a specific complaint, your massage therapist should listen to your chief complaints and provide a solution that helps you achieve your desired outcome (more on this later). If you sense that the massage therapist you are working with is not listening to your needs, it is perfectly alright for you to end the massage session. This may seem harsh, but wasting your time and money on ineffective treatments is not acceptable.
2. What you should expect from your massage therapy treatment.
The massage therapy treatment should specifically fulfill your desired result. You should expect that you will work with a skilled massage therapist who will listen to your issues and help you receive a very satisfying message. From the moment you call in to schedule your massage treatment, you should have a sense that you will work with a therapist who will treat you and respect yourneeds. It is appropriate to ask for the massage therapist’s credentials and experience.
